Same actual capacity as a lead-acid battery of 400 Ah – but weighs only 25.5 kg. The M12-200 is a lithium battery with 2.56 kWh of stored energy and a built-in BMS that protects against short circuits, deep discharges, and overheating. With a peak current of 300 A, it manages the heaviest loads without issue. The built-in heating element ensures charging even in the cold. Certified for over 3,000 cycles and can be connected in parallel up to 8 units if needed.

Product information
Power for a full workday – without compromises
Do you work long shifts and cannot risk running out of power during the day? The M12-200 is built for you. With 200 Ah and 2.56 kWh of stored energy, you have generous capacity for demanding equipment from morning till evening – without relying on a power outlet.
200 Ah for real
The difference between lithium and lead-acid is not just numbers – it's what you can actually use. A lead-acid battery of 200 Ah should never be discharged more than 50% if it is to last somewhat long. In practice, you thus only have 100 Ah to work with.
The M12-200 delivers up to 200 Ah usable capacity. To get the same actual capacity from a lead-acid battery, you need to buy one of 400 Ah – which weighs up to 120 kg and takes up enormous space. The M12-200 weighs 25.5 kg and fits in most vehicles without special adaptations.
Invest once – use for many years
With daily use, a lead-acid battery often lasts 1-2 years before the capacity significantly deteriorates. The M12-200 is certified for over 3,000 cycles at 100% deep discharge. When calculating the total cost over that period, lithium is by far the cheaper option – and you avoid recurring battery replacements and downtime.
Built-in protection – BMS takes care of the battery
The M12-200 comes equipped with a built-in BMS (Battery Management System) that continuously monitors each cell and protects against the most common causes of battery failure:
In case of a short circuit, the BMS immediately cuts power – before cables, equipment, or the battery can get damaged.
In case of low battery voltage, the BMS automatically shuts off and protects against deep discharge that would otherwise permanently damage the cells. The battery resumes as soon as charging is detected.
The built-in heating element automatically activates in cold conditions and ensures that the battery can always be charged – even on a cold winter morning when the need is greatest.
Power for the toughest tasks
With a continuous discharge current of 200 A and up to 300 A peak current, the M12-200 handles the most energy-demanding loads without hesitation. It's optimized to work with TBB Powers inverters and inverter chargers in a complete electrical system – and is excellent as the heart of a Powerstation kit for the work vehicle.
Flexible and future-proof
The needs change. Therefore, it is possible to connect up to 8 batteries in parallel if you ever need more capacity – without replacing existing equipment. The investment is protected, and the system can grow with the business.
