At Work System, sustainability is more than a goal – it is a fundamental part of our work that permeates our entire business. By reducing our climate footprint, taking social responsibility, and promoting sustainable solutions, we strive to make a positive difference for our customers, society, and the environment. Over the past ten years, we have managed to reduce our emissions by 41% thanks to climate-smart product choices, energy-efficient solutions, and carefully selected materials. Work System Sweden AB is ISO 9001 certified, which is an important part of our quest to become an even more goal-oriented and efficient organization that focuses on continuous improvement. We continue to develop our processes, support community initiatives, and promote diversity and inclusion within our organization. Together, we are building a more sustainable future.

At Work System, we take long-term responsibility for social, economic, and environmental sustainability. We only make promises we can keep and focus on concrete measures that really make a difference.
We follow the global goals and, based on these, have identified three main areas, which include social, economic, and environmental sustainability work.

    At Work System, we are committed to an inclusive and sustainable work environment where diversity, health, and development are key priorities. Through sponsorship, training initiatives, and community involvement, we contribute to a stronger community and a sustainable future.

  • ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY

    Through quality assurance, strategic partnerships, and investments in green energy, such as our solar cell park and battery reuse with Jönköpings Energi, we are reducing our climate impact and creating long-term value.

  • ENVIRONMENT

    We focus on sustainability by using recycled materials, optimizing product design, and working with suppliers who share our values. Through supplier assessments and a strict Code of Conduct, we promote environmental and ethical standards.
