We want to be part of the journey toward a sustainable future

At Work System, our sustainability efforts are closely linked to material selection, reduced carbon emissions, and investments in green energy. We strive to use recycled materials as much as possible to reduce our climate footprint and contribute to a more circular economy. Through thoughtful design, we optimize both material usage and product lifespan, while also ensuring that our products are easy to recycle at the end of their lifecycle.

Over the years, we have not only switched to more recyclable aluminum, but also invested in solar energy and initiated a collaboration with Jönköpings Energi. When developing new projects, we set high standards for our products and carry out rigorous testing to ensure they meet our strict standards. Through crash tests and RISE testing, we ensure our products maintain the highest quality and safety for our customers.



GREEN PARTNERSHIPS

To further strengthen our sustainability profile, we collaborate with suppliers who share our values. 80% of our suppliers are Swedish-owned, and both our international and Swedish suppliers have committed to our Code of Conduct, which means they follow environmentally friendly and ethical guidelines. We conduct regular follow-ups to ensure progress is made according to jointly established sustainability goals.
A concrete example of our sustainability efforts is our partnership with our supplier Hydro, where we have replaced previously less sustainable aluminum with 80% recycled aluminum. This has led to almost halving the CO₂ emissions from these products.
