A van rack for users who want to maintain the width of their VW Caddy Cargo & Ford Connect L2. The shelf is only 262.5 mm deep and offers good storage options for a smaller assortment, such as packs of screws and smaller products for caretakers, electricians, and plumbers. Choose our modular boxes as a smart accessory to increase the shelf’s storage capacity. Adding our Smartboxes to the side panels is also a popular option for maximizing storage space.
The accessories in the picture are not included, but they are of course available for purchase.

Aluminium profiles

Work Systems' aluminium profiles in black anodised aluminium are the result of several years of careful product development and testing. The construction is both light and strong, which makes it a flexible item with a wide range of applications. The profile is used in our standard systems, underfloors, folding shelves, but also in completely unique customised solutions. Combined with our corner joints and angles, the possibilities are almost unlimited.

The integrated groove in the aluminium profile allows products to be mounted directly in the groove or with rail nuts - a flexible and stepless solution, perfect for cargo loops, for example. The pre-drilled holes with C/C 17.5 mm offer additional mounting options and make it easy to fasten components with our taptite screws - completely threadless.

Tool boards on the system

All our systems come with durable tool boards that optimise both storage space ‘ and functionality in your service van. Made from 1 mm aluminium with 15 µm transparent anodising, they are built to withstand harsh environments while maintaining their sleek appearance over time. Avoid loose objects on the floor, free up space and streamline work by organising equipment directly on the tool boards in the shelving systems.

Floor rail

Our floor rails have a wide range of applications, but are mainly used as a floor edge to keep the load in place and prevent it from sliding around. Floor rails are made from DX51 steel plate with AZ185 anti-fingerprint treatment, providing an optimal balance between corrosion protection and durability. The thickness varies according to length to achieve the lowest possible weight-to-strength ratio.
